Dr. Ayse Kose Vuruskan
Laboratory Supervisor, Senior Embryologist
Dr. Vuruskan, MD, PhD, ELD/HCLD (ABB) received her medical degree from the University of Ankara and completed her residency in Histology and Embryology at Ankara University School of Medicine. She is a certified High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD) in both Embryology and Andrology disciplines by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB). She is also a Board-Certified embryologist in Histology and Embryology (2009), and ESHRE-certified senior clinical embryologist (2018,2019).
Her professional career as a senior embryologist started in 2009 in the IVF center of the Training and Research Hospital at Health Sciences University, Istanbul. She served as the IVF lab director from 2013 to 2021 in this hospital and as an Assistant Professor from 2019 to 2022 in this university, where she taught different courses in histology and embryology.
Dr. Vuruskan is currently working in CFI as a senior embryologist and laboratory supervisor. Dr. Vuruskan’s main interests are embryo culture, micromanipulation techniques, cryopreservation, PGT, and timelapse microscopy.
