We realize the importance of your first visit to CFI. That’s why we will carefully evaluate your specific situation and guide you through the fertility options that are available. Once a treatment plan is in place, we will begin an organized process of testing, office visits, and implementation.
If you are planning to visit one of our offices for the first time, it is beneficial to have medical records sent to CFI in advance. You can request that your records from other providers be sent to us, or we also give you the option of filling out your patient registration and medical histories in advance.
CFI has chosen as its electronic medical record system the new Artisan EMR, whose Patient Portal allow efficient communications between you and CFI.
