Mariah Gipson-Leroux, MHSc, PA-C

Mariah Gipson-Leroux is a Physician Assistant specializing in reproductive medicine and women’s health. She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Berry College, and is certified through the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

Before joining CFI in September 2025, Mariah worked in inpatient obstetrics in the Bronx, New York, where she cared for patients through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. That experience deepened her belief that fertility care is as much about the emotional journey as it is the clinical one.

Mariah is passionate about meeting patients where they are, whether they’re just beginning to ask questions or navigating a path that hasn’t gone as planned. She is committed to providing inclusive, compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients feel informed, seen, and supported every step of the way.

Originally from Los Angeles and shaped by years in the South, Mariah recently made Charlotte home with her wife, Kierra. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her at a pottery wheel, in a coffee shop, or planning her next trip.
