LadiesJennifer Howell has been an asset to Carolina’s Fertility Institute (CFI) since the very beginning of the practice. Recently, she was recognized by her former college, Living Arts Institute, by being invited to give the commencement address at their March 24th, 2016 graduation ceremony.

During her speech, Jennifer encouraged the new graduates to show initiative when they start their job hunt. She shared how her passion and persistence led to a job at CFI where she gets to help people going though infertility treatment.

“It was so important that I tried as hard as possible to open the doors to my future in the medical field,” she said. “I sent out a hundred resumes with just a few responses.”

While at her first job working for a local OB/GYN practice, she became familiar with Dr. Tamer Yalcinkaya and his reputation for treating patients. “I basically stalked him on the internet,” she joked. “But when I met him he hired me on the spot.”

At CFI, Jennifer is known as an extremely hard and attentive worker, and one who deeply cares for the fertility patients treated at CFI.

“There’s nothing more satisfying than helping couples find hope, lead them though the fertility process, and then see a baby in their arms,” she said.

Pamela Culpepper and Robin Motsinger were two of the graduates at Thursday’s ceremony. The women earned their degrees as “Medical Assistant” and are joining CFI as full-time employees. This continues a long standing tradition of externships at CFI for Living Arts Institute’s students.
